Updating my blog regularly because im bored ttm -.-
Anyway, there's this thing called proficiency test coming up somewhere in Dec. If u dont noe wat is proficiency test, faster ask now. Ask leh! Fine, i help u ask on ur behalf cause im bored : " WTH is proficiency test huh?" Ok, i tell u. It is a test in NCC tt we hav to pass in order to get our lance corporal ranks.
( ME= Zai :D LOL)
According to my senior ( who is Zai-er than me haha),these will be wat we're tested:
we will be tested in the test on our drills, IMT stuff, IFC stuff , PT etc by the test tester in the test that will test our drills, IMT, IFC and PT stuff, etc.
Understand bo ?
I shall repeat agn, simply, we will be tested on our drills, IMT, IFC and PT stuff, etc.
Why make life so complicated ? Haha. Did I confuse you? I hope so. :D
The requirements for PT is:
35 pumpings in 1 min
35 situps in 1 min
1.6km in 10min
( if i rmbr correctly)
FML.
So, in order to NOT FML, qiuting and i decided to go stadium to run.
(IF I RMBR CORRECTLY :)
Initially ( before hols) : Everyday (exclude weekends and public hols) we go stadium run hor.
Then (start of hols) : Once a week then run larh.
Then: Today I very tired, nt free,etc. NONE a week
Yesterday: (aft running) I dun wan run le larh.
Haizz, so in conclusion,
I AM FREAKIN SCREWED FOR THE TEST T.T
